Opening a retail account is easy. Provide us with the physical address for each store location. Provide us with the Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption for your state including your sales tax identification number. We will reach out to you within 1 business day to gather up the rest of your information for review. New accounts require an opening order of $800 or more.

We require an opening order of over $800 to open a retail account with us. Future orders require a minimum order of $300.

Once you have ordered a specific design, you can refill that design with any sizes needed on a reorder. We require NO minimum order on orders placed through our website. Orders placed through sales representatives require a $300 minimum.

We do our best to try and ship orders within 2 business days. Certain times of the year are busier than others which can cause shipping delays. If you order has not shipped out within 2 business days, please feel free to reach out to us for a eta.

Yes! Our standard zip code protection covers a 5-mile radius for each retailer and requires a minimum wholesale volume of $2,000 every 90 days. We understand that some stores have a niche customer base within the same geographical territory that may warrant a zip code waver. We take all things into account when reviewing a retailer application and invite all stores interested to submit an application.

Yes! Stores are required to fill out a credit check and supply some additional information that we provide to a 2nd source for approval. Once approved, we can offer terms up to 90 days.

At this time we only allow Fieldstone to be sold at brick and mortar stores and on their own company ecommerce websites. Selling through Facebook marketplace or within Facebook groups is not allowed.
